This course is based on a college course I teach. It is a semester long course that teaches the students how to learn to condition themselves for whatever activities they may choose to do. The correspondence course assignments provide the group instructor and personal trainer with some valuable tools to design sport specific routines for their students. After completing this course you will be able to:

There are four assignments and a final exam for The Athlete Inside continuing education
course. If you have ordered this course and been given a student ID number you may begin
submitting your assignments. As you do each assignment, submit it on the Assignment Form. Please fill in all the information
requested. When you have completed the four assignments, go to the Exam Page and take the
