E-Mail your order to bodybasics@body-basics.com. When placing your order by e-mail, please make sure to include the following information:

• Your credit card number and expiration date (if you prefer, split it between two messages)
• Credit card billing address and name as it appears on your card
• The address to ship to (if different from above)
• A telephone number and times you can be reached
• Your fax number
• Your valid e-mail address
• Course Name
• Quantity

Please include the amount for United States Priority Shipping as indicated on the order form. Call or e-mail us for rates on next day, second day, or orders requiring special treatment - please include your postal code! Foreign orders must e-mail or call for shipping prices:  520-452-8712.

RETURN POLICY: Returns accepted up to 30 days form date of sale. 15% restocking fee, no refund on shipping costs. Refund on unused, new condition materials ONLY.
